Jersey Gardens was quite packed today. Since I didn't get a chance to work out this morning, I put on my valentine's day present from hubby and the kiddies- a polar F11 hrm - and went shopping. According to the watch, I burned 1349 calories during the five long hours. We found $0.86 during our shopping frenzy. I am happy.

Wow, you were able to burn 1349 calories by shopping? Just walking around?

That is pretty amazing.

The 0.86 isn't to bad either!
