The Last Stand-

Today marked the last day for Changepot finds for FY 06'. We took the girls over to Terhune Orchards in Princeton for some pumpkin picking and quality merriment. I'll post the photos once I download them from my camera. Abuela watched the girls afterwards while Mr. Krabs and I hot-footed about town to end out the days' change hunting in style.

365.50 is an outstanding total for one year, Mrs. K. It still boggles my mind that we're all able to find all this free money and valuables continually on the ground. A toast from your friends up in Maine!

I think that money calls out for more money. Starting a change collection is the best way to teach people the value of money- especially in our society. These coins are worth more than what they project and while I am happy that we change hunters find copious amounts, I am saddened by people's unwillingness to start their own "pots".

I am curious to see how much your hunt brings up in one year along with the yard sale totals... what an innovative concept! :)
